Shipping & Preorders
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. We email tracking information when your order ships.
In-stock items
Most in-stock orders are prepared within approximately 5 business days. We generally ship on Mondays and Fridays and do not dispatch on federal holidays. Carrier delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed.
Preorder items
Avant Luxe Signature Ribbed Tanks and Signature Satin Scarves are preorders and are not ready to ship. Our vendor estimates approximately 15 working days for customization once production begins. Transit to us, final packaging and tags, order processing, and shipping to you take additional time. We do not yet have a confirmed dispatch or delivery date. We will email you when your order is ready to ship.
Choosing a faster shipping method does not shorten production or preorder processing time; it applies only after the order is dispatched.
